DevPromptsByRick is a sole proprietorship based in the Netherlands.
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of DevPromptsByRick. By making a purchase you agree to these terms.
DevPromptsByRick sells exclusively digital products in the form of PDF files containing AI prompts. Products are intended for personal use and may not be resold or commercially exploited without written permission.
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. For download issues, contact info@devpromptsbyrick.com.
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered immediately after purchase, provided the customer has explicitly consented to immediate delivery and waived the right of withdrawal. This is the case when purchasing via Gumroad.

DevPromptsByRick is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the products. The prompts are tools — results depend on the AI platform used and the context in which the prompts are applied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
