DevPromptsByRick is a sole proprietorship based in the Netherlands, reachable at info@devpromptsbyrick.com and devpromptsbyrick.com. We offer digital products in the form of AI prompt packs in PDF format.

What data do we collect?

We only collect data necessary for the delivery of our services:

• Email address — for delivering your digital download via Gumroad
• Name — if provided during checkout
• Payment information — processed by Gumroad (we do not store payment details)
• IP address and browser data — via standard server logs

• Processing and delivering your order
• Customer support and answering questions
• Improving our products and website
• Complying with legal obligations

Gumroad as payment platform

All payments are processed via Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.). When you make a purchase, you agree to Gumroad's privacy policy. DevPromptsByRick does not have access to your full payment details. More info: gumroad.com/privacy

Our website uses minimal, functional cookies. Gumroad places its own cookies for the payment process. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Retention period

We do not store your data longer than necessary. Order data is retained in accordance with the Dutch legal retention obligation of 7 years for tax purposes. After this period, data is deleted.
