All products sold by DevPromptsByRick are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download has been accessed.

EXCEPTIONS

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• The product was not delivered after purchase
• The download file is corrupted or unreadable
• You were charged twice for the same order

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@devpromptsbyrick.com with your order details. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours.
