Digital products & right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal lapses for digital content once delivery has started with the consumer's explicit consent. When purchasing via Gumroad, the buyer agrees to immediate delivery and the associated waiver of the right of withdrawal.

When are you eligible for a refund?

Although there is no legal obligation, we want to do business fairly. We review refund requests in the following situations:

• The file could not be downloaded for technical reasons and we could not resolve the issue
• The product was demonstrably damaged or unreadable
• A double charge or incorrect transaction occurred
• The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our part

When are you not eligible?

• You have already downloaded and/or viewed the product
• You find the product not as expected (content is clearly described on the product page)
• You changed your mind after purchase
• You no longer want to use the product

How to request a refund

Send an email to info@devpromptsbyrick.com with the following information:

• Your order number (found in the Gumroad confirmation email)
• The email address used for payment
• A clear description of the problem

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via Gumroad.
